Controlling the variable of Anilox Ink transfer is essential for high quality flexo printing. 

The shape and consistency of Anilox cells makes a huge impact on ink transfer and cleanliness of the inking process to the printing plate. Regardless of the screen count, it is essential for good ink transfer, for the Anilox cell to be uniform in shape, with open elliptical shaped cells and thin uniform walls. The FlexoStar ScreenMaster is a high performance, precision engraver for all your Anilox requirements. The unique ability of the "moving laser" FlexoStar to utilise precision YAG Fiber lasers, means that the Flexostar ScreenMaster can engrave an almost unlimited variety of Anilox cylinders for many different printing applications.
The robust design of the Flexostar ScreenMaster allows for a wide variety of single laser formats and is capable of supporting a wide range of Anilox cylinders and sleeves from Diameter 50mm  (2"), up to 600 mm (24") in cylinder lengths up to 7000 mm (276"). This makes the Flexostar ScreenMaster the perfect solution for 24/7 production of Anilox cylinders and sleeves.
