A unique Dual-Laser engraving system combining all the features of the FlexoStar CTP, but with the addition of a CDI Laser imaging system, for ablation of photopolymer plates.

The ideal system for busy trade shops, needing an ITR (In the round) Laser system and additional CDI capacity.

THE MACHINE
  • Standard model has 1.800 mm maximum engraving width. Larger engraving widths available in 500 mm wider increments

DIRECT LASER ENGRAVING PRODUCTION [CO2 LASER]
  • One sealed nominal 500 Watt CO2 laser
  • Resolutions range from 500 dpcm to 1.150 dpcm (1.250 to 2.900 dpi) for typical screens ranging
    from 26 to 70 lpcm (65 to 175 lpi)
  • Practical print form resolution up to
    3.500 dpi x 3.500 dpi.
  • Production rate from 0.4 to 1.2 m2 / hour depending
of selected resolution and engraved relief depth.
Typical engraving production of 0,65 m2 / hour with
0,5 mm relief and resolution of 750 dpcm (1900 dpi)
  • Process work line screens up 80 lpcm (200 lpi)
  • Note: engraved relief depth will vary for different
    elastomer material formulations

CDI MASK IMAGING PRODUCTION [YAG LAYER]
  • One sealed nominal 30 Watt YAG laser
  • Suited for high resolution imaging of LAM masked photopolymers
  • Productivity: 1,0 m2/hour at 1600 ppi
  • Halftone from 1 to 99 percent
  • Screen ruling up 80 lpcm (200 lpi)
  • Resolution fully scalable from 1800 to 4000 ppi
